Only This is a single-task focus app. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your data.
Only This has no servers, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising. Your projects and steps sync only through your own iCloud account, the same way Apple's own apps do. We never see your data, because there is nowhere for it to go but your own devices.
Only This does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal data. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no account system of any kind.
Your projects and steps are stored on your device using Apple's on-device data storage (SwiftData). If you're signed into iCloud, this same data also syncs through your personal iCloud account so it stays up to date across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This sync happens entirely through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, tied to your own Apple ID; we have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to see it.
If you choose to link a project to Apple Reminders, Only This uses Apple's EventKit framework to read and write reminders on your behalf. This sync happens entirely on your device, directly between Only This and the Reminders app, it never passes through our servers, because we don't have any. You can unlink a project from Reminders at any time, and Only This never deletes a linked reminder list; deleting or archiving a project only removes the local association.
Only This does not share data with any third party. The only data movement involved is your own iCloud sync, which is between your devices and Apple, not us.
Only This does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, for the same reason described above.
If this policy ever changes, this page will be updated first, and the change will be reflected in the app's release notes.
